A 174 bedroom, four star hotel in birmingham, featuring a CCL post-tensioned transfer deck at level 3, supporting the five-storey precast concrete structure above.

  • SCOPE OF WORK

    Hotel La Tour

    • Design and installation of post-tensioned suspended floor plate to level 2.
    • Design and installation of post-tensioned transfer slab to level 3.
    • Central 80 mm recess strips incorporated into both slabs to accept precast bathroom pods.
    • Creation of large service openings in levels 2 and 3.
