BENEFITS

CCL delivered the following benefits:

  • call_missed

    Deflection Control

Utilisation of post-tensioning substantially reduced anticipated long term slab deflections.

  • blur_linear

    Vibration Resistance

Vibration analyses ensured response factors were carefully controlled in sensitive areas.

  • schedule

    Faster

Post-tensioned slabs allowed a significantly condensed construction programme.

  • trending_down

    Less Steel

Reduced quantity of traditional reinforcement, saving installation time and cost.

  • domain

    Specialist Design

Varying loads in different locations required a bespoke design solution.
