The £330 million Waterside Campus comprises a Creative Hub, a Learning Hub, a Sports Pavilion, a Senate Building and a Logistics Hub.

  • SCOPE OF WORK

    Waterside Campus

    • Design and installation of post-tensioned slab solution for Creative Hub and Learning Hub.
    • Adaptation of installation technique to achieve uniform aesthetic across fair-faced soffits.
    • Coordination of post-tensioning tendon layout around embedded radiant cooling pipes within the slab.
    • Coordination of post-tensioning anchorages to suit mullion fixing locations for the cladding system.
